For Word 2007 (also similar for Word 2010): - Line Spacing: The line spacing and character spacing options are in different places, but you can change them both easily. I can be more specific if you tell me which version of word you're using as well. To prevent any line spaces between paragraphs, set the spacing to 0 pt. Adjust the "Before:" and "After:" boxes to set how much line space Word will insert before and after a paragraph. From the Format menu, select Paragraph. ![]() To make the spacing similar to previous versions of Word, set both the "Before" and "After" spacing to 0 pt.
